Internship
London, United Kingdom | July 2025 - PresentI completed an international internship at Hoptroff in London, United Kingdom, gaining my first professional work experience at the age of 17. During the internship, I worked on server and NOC monitoring, customer support handling, software testing, and coding tasks. One of my key projects was developing a Python-based tool to generate maintenance notification '.eml' files, automatically creating maintenance IDs and converting UTC time to the local Timing Hub timezone based on user input. This experience strengthened my skills in time management, teamwork, adaptability, and priority management, while giving me valuable insight into working in an international professional environment.
